Every time i host a girls night i wish i knew exactly what to make. Well, guess what, i took the guess work out of it. Below are three meals that are sure  to be a hit!

Jalapeños Poppers

Grab some Frozed Jalapenos poppers from your local grocery store frezzer section. Cook then according to the package directions. Cut them in in half diagnally and place them on your decorative plate. Serve with home made or purchased pico de gallo salsa and some spanish stlye guacamole! And your Fini! (:

BBQ chipotle bean salad

Toss and rinse canned pinto, red and black beans. Slice up some celery and some scallions, with your choice og chipolte bbq sauce. Sprinkle on some diced cilantro, and squeeze on some fresh lime juice! Scoop the mixture into some endive leaves! Yummo! :D

Tropical sorbet sandwiches!

Place  small scoops of mango, raspberry, and coconut sorbet between thin crisp butter-wafer cookies (Any cookies will do), like gingersnaps, and freeze. Remember to do this in advance, they need to freeze for up to five hours! And presto(:

Italy-ano!

Why do we love Giada? Let us Count the ways... better yet just watch the video and you will see for yourself. She reminds me of my mommy in Italian form. She such an effortless cook. Foodnetwork made a great decision when they added her to there array of cooks. I love to just sit back and watch her, she just loves what she does and does it well. All of her food looks appealing even the stuff that i would not eat in a million years. Below are a few pics of her dishes, i hope your mouth watered as much as mine!
